MALACANAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 01 DECLARING FRIDAY, 1 JULY 2016, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MONCADA, PROVINCE OF TARLAC WHEREAS, Friday, 1 July 2016, marks the 141^' Foundation Day of the Municipality of Moncada, Province of Tarlac; WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Moncada, Province of Tarlac be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies. NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, RODRIGO R. DUTERTE, do hereby declare Friday, 1 July 2016, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Moncada, Province of Tarlac.
