PMS LiBRARY 4 : MEN DP2% BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. _10 DECLARING TUESDAY, 27 FEBRUARY 2001 AS A SPECIAL DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF COTABATO WHEREAS, the Province of Cotabato will hold a two-day activity on the occasion of the culmination of the Jubilee Celebration on 26-27

February 2001;

WHEREAS, it is fitting and proper that the people of Cotabato be given full opportunity to participate in this once in a lifetime celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare Tuesday, 27 February 2001 as a special day in the Province of Cotabato.
