MALACANAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. lo DECLARING FRIDAY, 22 JULY 2016, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF GENERAL SANTOS WHEREAS, on Friday, 22 July 2016, the City of General Santos marks the celebration of its Indigenous Peoples 2"'^ B'laan Day; WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of General Santos be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies. NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO R. DUTERTE, do hereby declare Friday, 22 July 2016, as a special (non-working) day in the City of General Santos.
