AUTHORIZING THE REHABILITATION AND PLACEMENT FOUNDATION FOR . THE DISABLED, INC. TO CONTINUE ITS NATIONAL FUND CAMPAIGN UP TO JUNE 30, 1987

WHEREAS, the Rehabilitation and Placement Foundation for the Disabled, Inc. is a non-profit and charitable organization established to assist the disabled;

WHEREAS, the Rehabilitation and Placement Foundation i for the Disabled, Inc. needs funds to Support its various medical, financial and food and material assistance and

“other programs;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, »do hereby authorize the Rehabilitation and Placement @'Foundation for the Disabled, Inc. to continue its fund- mraising campaign up to June 30, 1987.

: ‘ I call upon all citizens and residents of the country @.to give generously of their means, actively support the

campaign and assist the Foundation in its laudable ob jec- tives. .
