PROVINCE OF LEYTE WHEREAS, Tuesday, January 25,2011, marks the 440th Foundation Day anniversary of the Municipality of Carigara, Province of Leyte; WHEREAS, in order to give the people of the Municipality of Carigara, Province of Leyte, the opporlunity to participate and celebrate the occasion, it is but fitting and proper to declare January 25,2011 as special non-working day.
