PROCLAMATION NO. 1001

DECLARING THURSDAY, 03 SEPTEMBER 2020, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF IRIGA, PROVINCE OF CAMARINES SUR

WHEREAS, on 03 September 2020, Thursday, the City of Iriga, Province of Camarines Sur, will mark the celebration of its 52"4 Charter Anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Iriga be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to community quarantine, social distancing, and other public health measures;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Thursday, 03 September 2020, a special (non-working) day in the City of Iriga, Province of Camarines Sur.
