BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 1002 RESERVING A CERTAIN PORTION OF FORESHORE AREA SITUATED IN BARANGAY BATUHAN, PO LA, ORIENTAL MINDORO FOR MUNICIPAL ECO-TOURISM PARK PURPOSES UNDER THE ADMINISTRATION OF THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT OF POLA . Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources, and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale, entry, disposition or settlement and declare for Municipal Eco-Tourism Park purposes, under the administration of the Local Government of Pola, a certain portion of the foreshore area, situated in Barangay Batuhan, Municipality of Pola, Province of Oriental Mindoro, Island of Mindoro, containing an area of TWO HUNDRED TWENTY FOUR THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED SIXTY FOUR (224,464) SQUARE METERS, subject to private rights, if any there be, which parcel of land is more particularly described as follows: MR-O45210...1-D A parcel of land (MR-O45210-1-D, a portion of a Foreshore Area), situated in Barangay Batuhan, Municipality of Pola, Province of Oriental Mindoro, Island of Mindoro.
