BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 1002

DECLARING FRIDAY, 04 SEPTEMBER 2020, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MONKAYO, PROVINCE OF DAVAO DE ORO

WHEREAS, on 04 September 2020, Friday, the Municipality of Monkayo, Province of Davao de Oro, will mark the celebration of its Founding Anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Monkayo be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to community quarantine, social distancing, and other public health measures;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Friday, 04 September 2020, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Monkayo, Province of Davao de Oro.
