PROCLAMATION NO. 1002

DECLARING FRIDAY, 29 AUGUST 2025, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF ISULAN, PROVINCE OF SULTAN KUDARAT

WHEREAS, the Municipality of Isulan, Province of Sultan Kudarat will mark the celebration of its 68" Founding Anniversary and the 12° Hamungaya Festival on 30 August 2025, which falls on a Saturday;

WHEREAS, to enable the people of the Municipality of Isulan to fully participate in the occasion, the Sangguniang Bayan of Isulan requested that 29 August 2025, Friday, be declared as a special (non-working) day in lieu of 30 August 2025;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Isulan be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Friday, 29 August 2025, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Isulan, Province of Sultan Kudarat.
