PROCLAMATION NO. 1003

DECLARING THURSDAY, 18 SEPTEMBER 2025, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF TACURONG, PROVINCE OF SULTAN KUDARAT

WHEREAS, on 18 September 2025, Thursday, the City of Tacurong, Province of Sultan Kudarat will mark the celebration of its 25" Cityhood Anniversary and the Talakudong Festival 2025;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Tacurong be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, |, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Thursday, 18 September 2025, a special (non-working) day in the City of Tacurong, Province of Sultan Kudarat.
