PROCLAMATION NO. 1004

DECLARING FRIDAY, 26 SEPTEMBER 2025, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF NAVAL, PROVINCE OF BILIRAN

WHEREAS, on 26 September 2025, Friday, the Municipality of Naval, Province of Biliran will mark the celebration of its 165"" Pueblo Day (Charter Day);

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Naval be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Friday, 26 September 2025, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Naval, Province of Biliran.
