SUI "Araw WHEREAS, Friday, February, 24, 2006, marks theZamboanga Sibugay" in the Province of Zamboanga Sibugay; n9 WHEREAS,'it is but fitting and proper that. the people of the Province ()f Zamboanga Sibugay be given full opportunity to celebrate this mileston in their province's history with appropriate ceremonies. NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAl-ARROYO, do hereby declare F-rjday, February 24, 2006, as special (non-working) day in the Province of Zamboanga Sibugay.
