I '., BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHIUPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 1007 EXCLUDING FROM THE OPERATION OF PROCLAMATION NO. 217, SERIES OF 1929 AND PROCLAMATION NO. 573, SERIES OF 1969 WHICH ESTABLISHED .THE CENTRAL CORDILLERA FOREST RESERVE AND' MAGAT WATERSHED RESERVATION RESPECTIVELY, SITUATED AT THE PROVINCE OF IFUGAO, ISLAND OF LUZON, CERTAIN PORTION OF LAND EMBRACED THEREIN AND DECLARING THE SAME FOR RESETTLEMENT PURPOSES UNDER THE ADMINISTRATION OF THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT OF BANAUE, IFUGAO. . Upon recomlllendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources, and by vtrtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby exclude from Proclamation No. 217, Central Cordillera Forest Reserve and from the operation of Proclamation No. 573, which established the Magat Watershed Reservation dated 15 February 1929 and 16 June 1969, respectively, situated in the Province of Ifugao, Island of Luzon, certain portion of land embraced therein and declare the same as resettlement area under the provisions of Public Land Act and further authorizing the issuance of a Special Patent covering the land which is more particularly desGried as follows: SWQ-CAROOO717 A parcel of land (SWQ-CAR-000717) urban code 132701, situated at View Point, Municipality of Banaue, Province of Ifugao, Island of Luzon. Bounded on the SW., & W., along line 1-2-3-4-5 by Central Cordillera Forest Reserve No. 217 and Proc. 573 Magat Watershed Reservation; on the NW., N., & NE., along lines 5-6-7-8 by Central Cordillera Forest Reserve No. 217 and Proclamation 573, Magat Watershed Reservation; on the E., and SE., along lines 8-9-10-11-12-13-1 by Central Cordillera Forest Reserve No. 217 and Proclamation No. 573, Magat Watershed Reservation.
