PROCLAMATION NO. 1007

DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 09 SEPTEMBER 2020, A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF BAIS, PROVINCE OF NEGROS ORIENTAL

WHEREAS, on 09 September 2020, Wednesday, the City of Bais, Province of Negros Oriental, will mark the celebration of its 52"? Charter Anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Bais be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to community quarantine, social distancing, and other public health measures;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Wednesday, 09 September 2020, a special (non-working) day in the City of Bais, Province of Negros Oriental.
