PROCLAMATION NO. 1007

DECLARING MONDAY, 08 SEPTEMBER 2025, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF CALBAYOG

WHEREAS, on 08 September 2025, Monday, the City of Calbayog will mark the celebration of the Hadang Festival;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Calbayog be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Monday, 08 September 2025, a special (non-working) day in the City of Calbayog.
