BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO, 1008

ING AND DESIGNATING A BUILDING, WHICH STANDS ON A PARCEL

ae LAND, LOCATED AT BRADCO AVENUE, ASEANA CITY, PARANAQUE CITY, AS AN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CENTER, PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916, AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748

Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act (RA) No. 7916, or the “Special Economic Zone Act of 1995,” as amended by RA No. 8748, and upon the recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), 1, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, President of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate a building, subject to the provisions of RA No. 7916, as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, Resolution No. 00-411 (s. 2000), as amended by Resolution No. 11-066 (s. 2011), and Resolution No. 12-444 (s. 2012), as amended, of the PEZA Board, as an Information Technology (IT) Center, to be known as the Aseana Two, which stands on a parcel of land, located at Bradco Avenue, Aseana City, Parafiaque City, containing an area of Ten Thousand Five Hundred Thirty-One (10,531) square meters, more or less, as defined by the following technical description:

Lot 17 Pcs-00-006507

A parcel of land (Lot 17 of the Consolidated Subdivision plan, Pcs-00- 006507, being a portion of Lot 8, Pcs-00-006191 and Lot 4, RL-13- 000008, L.R.C Record. No.), situated in the Barangay of Tambo,

Municipality (now City) of Parafiaque, Province of Metro Manila, Island of Luzon.

Bounded on the NW., along line 1-2 by Lot 8; on the NE., along line 2- 3 by Lot 23, on the SE., along line 3-4 by Lot 18, and on the SW., along line 4-1 by Lot 13, all of the consolidated subdivision plan.
