BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 1009

DECLARING THURSDAY, 10 SEPTEMBER 2020, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF POLOMOLOK, PROVINCE OF SOUTH COTABATO

WHEREAS, on 10 September 2020, Thursday, the Municipality of Polomolok, Province of South Cotabato, will mark its 63" Founding Anniversary and the 17" F’lomlok Festival; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Polomolok be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to community quarantine, social distancing, and other public health measures;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Thursday, 10 September 2020, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Polomolok, Province of South Cotabato.
