PROCLAMATION NO. 1009

DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 10 SEPTEMBER 2025, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF BAIS, PROVINCE OF NEGROS ORIENTAL

WHEREAS, on 10 September 2025, Wednesday, the City of Bais, Province of Negros Oriental will mark the celebration of the Hudyaka Festival: Festival of Harvests;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Bais be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, |, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Wednesday, 10 September 2025, a special (non-working) day in the City of Bais, Province of Negros Oriental.
