‘DECLARING THURSDAY, 17 NOVEMBER 2016, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF AROROY, PROVINCE OF MASBATE

WHEREAS, on Thursday, 17 November 2016, the Municipality of Aroroy, Province of Masbate marks the celebration of its Founding Anniversary;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Aroroy, Province of Masbate, be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, |, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Thursday, 17 November 2016, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Aroroy, Province of Masbaie.
