BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 101

DECLARING FRIDAY, 23 DECEMBER 2022, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SINDANGAN, PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA DEL NORTE

WHEREAS, on 23 December 2022, Friday, the Municipality of Sindangan, Province of Zamboanga del Norte will mark the celebration of its 86'" Founding Anniversary;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Sindangan be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to the public health measures of the national government;

NOW, THEREFORE, |, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Friday, 23 December 2022, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Sindangan, Province of Zamboanga del Norte.
