BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 1010

DECLARING TUESDAY, 08 SEPTEMBER 2020, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF DIGOS, PROVINCE OF DAVAO DEL SUR

WHEREAS, on 08 September 2020, Tuesday, the City of Digos, Province of Davao del Sur, will mark the celebration of its Founding Anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Digos be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to community quarantine, social distancing, and other public health measures;

NOW, THEREFORE, |, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Tuesday, 08 September 2020, a special (non-working) day in the City of Digos, Province of Davao del Sur.
