DECLARING FRIDAY, 14 AUGUST 2015, AS A SPECIAL (NON-

WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF STO. TOMAS, PROVINCE OF DAVAO DEL NORTE

WHEREAS, the Municipality of Sto. Tomas, Davao del Norte marks the celebration of the “Araw ng Sto. Tomas” on Friday, 14 August 2015:

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Sto. Tomas, Davao del Norte be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, !, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, do hereby declare Friday, 14 August 2015, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Sto. Tomas, Davao del Norte.
