NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do ~ereby declare Tuesday, February 28, 2006, as special (non-working) day in the City of Escalante.
