BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHIUPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 1013 CREATING AND DESIGN4TING A BUILDING TO BE KNOWN AS OCTAGON IT BUILDING WHICH STANDS.ON CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND LOCATED AT SAN MIGUEL AVENUE, ORTIGAS CENTER, PASIG CIn', AS AN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY BUILDING PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916 AS AMENDED BY REPUBUC ACT NO. 8748 Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act No. 7916, otherwise known as the Special Economic Zone Act of 1995, as amended by Republic Act No. 8748 and upon the recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate as Information Technology Building, subject to the provisions of Republic Act No. 7916 as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, Resolutions No. 00-411 dated 29 December 2000 and 04-222 dated 13 July 2004 of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), the Octagon IT Building, which stands on certain parcels of land of the private domain, situated at San Miguel Avenue, Ortigas Center, Pasig City, with an area of One Thousand Seven Hundred Seventy Nine {1,779} Square Meters, more or less, as defined by the following technical descriptions: Lot 14 Block 5 TCT No. PT -92314 A parcel of land (Lot 14, Block 5 of the consolidation-subdivision plan (LRC) Pcs- 19795, being a portion of the consolidation of Lot 6 and 7, Block 14 and Private Drainage 1, (LRC) Psd-105492, Lots 3-A and 3-B (LRC) Psd-162648, LRC (GLRO) Rec: Nos. 699, 87~ and 917), situated in the Bo. of Oranbo, Municipality of Pasig, Province of Rizal, I-sland of Luzon.
