BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 1013

DECLARING FRIDAY, 8 MAY 2015, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF PRESIDENT ROXAS, PROVINCE OF COTABATO

WHEREAS, Republic Act No. 4869 approved on 8 May 1967 created the Municipality of President Roxas, Cotabato;

WHEREAS, the Municipality of President Roxas, Cotabato marks its foundation day anniversary on Friday, 8 May 2015;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of President Roxas, Cotabato be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, !, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, do hereby declare Friday, 8 May 2015, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of President Roxas, Cotabato.
