PROCLAMATION NO. 1013

DECLARING TUESDAY, 15 SEPTEMBER 2020, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF BULACAN

WHEREAS, on 15 September 2020, Tuesday, the Province of Bulacan will mark the celebration of the 122"? anniversary of the inauguration of the Malolos Congress; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Bulacan be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to community quarantine, social distancing, and other public health measures;

NOW, THEREFORE, |, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Tuesday, 15 September 2020, a special (non-working) day in the Province of Bulacan.
