DECLARING THURSDAY, 11 JUNE 2015, AS A SPECIAL (NON- | WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF RIZAL

WHEREAS, Thursday, 11 June 2015, marks the 114" Foundation Day anniversary of the Province of Rizal;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Rizal be given full Opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.
