..'- MALACANANG , Manila BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 1016 DECLARING FRIDAY, MARCH 10, 2006, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF BUKIDNON WHEREAS, Friday, March 10, anniversary of the Province of Bukidnon; 2006, marks the foundation day WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Bukidnon be given full opportunity to celebrate this milestone in their province'shistory with appropriate ceremonies. ' NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R.
