BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 1016

DECLARING TUESDAY, 23 SEPTEMBER 2025, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF TAWI-TAWI

WHEREAS, the Province of Tawi-Tawi will mark the celebration of its 52" Anniversary on 27 September 2025, which falls on a Saturday;

WHEREAS, to enable the people of the Province of Tawi-Tawi to fully participate in the occasion, the Office of the Governor requested that 23 September

2025, Tuesday, be declared as a special (non-working) day in lieu of 27 September 2025;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Tawi- Tawi be given full opportunity to participate and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare

Tuesday, 23 September 2025, a special (non-working) day in the Province of Tawi- Tawi.
