BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 1019 RESERVING FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES OF THE SAMPALOC ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARRIO OF SAMPALOC, MUNICIPALITY OF APALIT, PROVINCE OF PAMPANGA, ISLANDOF LUZON " Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources, and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL ARROYO, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale. entry, disposition or settlement and reserved for school site purposes of the S; 1PALOC ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, under the administration of the Department of Education, a certain parcel of land of the public domain situated in Barrio Sampaloc, Municipality of Apalit, Province of Pampanga, Island of Luzon, containing an aggregate area of Six Thousand Twenty Five (6,O25) square meters, subject to private rights, if any there be, which parcel of land is more particularly described as follows: TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION Lot No. 863, (LRC; Psd-193001 A PARCEL OF LAND (Lot No. 863)of the subdivision plan (LRC) Psd- 193001, being a portion of Lot 6, PSU-7252 (GLRO No. 12465), situated in the Barrio of Sampaloc,. Municipality of Apalit, Province of Pampanga, Island ofLuzon.
