MALACANANG Manila ,M,f1J BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 102 RESERVING FOR HOUSING AND SUPPORT FACILITIES SITE PURPOSES OF THE PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT CENTER OF THE PROVINCE OF AGUSAN DEL SUR A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARANGAY OF PATIN-AY, MUNICIPALITY OF PROSPERIDAD, PROVINCE OF AGUSAN DEL SUR, ISLAND OF MINDANAO. Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources, and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or resettlement and reserved for housing support facilities site purposes of the Provin- cial Government Center of Agusan del Sur under the awainis- tration of the Provincial Government of Agusan del Sur, a certain parcel of land of the public domain situated in Barangay Patin-ay, Municipality of Prosperidad, Province of Agusan del Sur, Island of Mindanao, which is more particularly described as follows, to wit: A PARCEL OF LAND (Lot 4867, Pls-67, Rosario Public Land Subdivision) situated in the Municipality of San Francisco, Province of Agusan dl Sur, Island of Mindanao. Bounded on the SE, along line 9-1 by Lot 4864; on the SW., along line 1-2 by Lot 4865, both of Pls-67; .along line 2-3 and on theNW. & NE., along lines 3-4-5-6-7-8 by Road; along line 8-9 by National Highway. Beginning at. the point marked "1" on the plan being N. 170 36'W., 21317.54 m. from BLLM No.1, Pls-67.
