DECLARING TUESDAY, 19 MAY 2015, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF BUTUAN
WHEREAS, the City of Butuan marks the celebration of the. Balangay Festival on 19 May 2015;
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Butuan be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies. :
NOW, THEREFORE, |, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO Ill, do hereby declare Tuesday, 19 May 2015, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Butuan.
