MALACANAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT 0F THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO.1022 DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 30 SEPTEMBER 2020, A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF MASBATE, PROVINCE 0F MASBATE WHEREAS, on 30 September 2020, Wednesday, the City of Masbate, Province of Masbate, will mark the celebration of its 20th Cityhood Anniversary; and WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Masbate be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to community quarantine, social distancing, and other public health measures; NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Wednesday, 30 September 2020, a special (non-working) day in the City of Masbate, Province of Masbate.
