By order of His Excellency, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, I, ALEJANDRO MELCHOR, Executive Secretary, do hereby declare the period from June 7 to 14, 1972, as Carlos P. Garcia Week in Bohol and in Tagbilaran City.
