PROCLAMATION NO.1023

DECLARING MONDAY, 12 OCTOBER 2020, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF PILAR, PROVINCE OF SORSOGON

WHEREAS, on 12 October 2020, Monday, the Municipality of Pilar, Province of Sorsogon, will mark the celebration of its Founding Anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Pilar be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to community quarantine, social distancing, and other public health measures;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Monday, 12 October 2020, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Pilar, Province of Sorsogon.
