" BY THE PRESIDENT OF 'tHE PHIUPPINES PROCLAMAnON NO. 1024 RESERVING A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN BARANGAY BATUHAN, MUNICIPALITY OF PO LA, PROVINCE OF ORIENTAL MINDORO, ISLAND O MINDORO FOR MARKET SITE PURPOSES OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF POLA Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources, and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale, entry, disposition or settlement and reserve for Pola Market site purposes, a certain parcel of land of the public domain, situated in Barangay Batuhan, Municipality of Pola, Province of Oriental Mindoro, Island of Mindoro, containing an area of FOURTEEN THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED FIFTY TWO (14,152) SQUARE METERS, subject to private rights, if any there be, which parcel of land is more particularly described as follows: LOT NO. 4114, CAD. 957-D, CASE 3 A parcel of land (Lot No. 4114, Cad. 957-0, Case 3, Pola Cadastre), situated in Barangay Batuhan, Municipality of Pola, Province of Oriental Mindoro, Island of Mindoro. Bounded on the NW., along line 1-2 by Casiligan River; on the NE., along line 2-3 by Pola Bay; and on the SE;, along lines 3-4-5-6-1 by Barangay Road.
