BY THE PRESIDENT OF TltE PHIUPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 1026 CREATING AND DESIGNATING A' PARCEL OF LAND SITUATED IN BARANGAY MAKILlNG, CALAMA 'CITY, PROVINCE OF LAGUNA AS AN ANNEXATION TO THE. EXISTING YTMI REALTY SPECIAL ECONOMIC ZONE PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF REPUBliC ACT NO. 7916 AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748 Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act No. 7916, The Special Economic Zone Act of 1995 as amended by Republic Act 8748 and upon recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic ZoneAuthority, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate as an annexation to the existing YTMI Realty Special Economic Zone, subject to the provisions of Republic Act No 7916, as amended; its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and Resolution No. 05-195 dated 29 June 2005 of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), an area located in Barangay Makiling, Calamba City, Province of Laguna, consisting of THREE THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED FIFTY EIGHT {,258} SQUARE METERS, as defined by the following technical description: LOT 1 Pcs-25085 TCT No. T -605774 A parcel of !and (Lot 1 of the consolidation subdivision plan (LRC) Pcs- 25085, approved as a non-subdivision project, being a portion of the consolidation of Lots 5 (LRC) Psd-15244 and 2318-A-3 (LRC) Psd-186682, LRC Rec. .No. 8418), situated in the Barangay of Makiling, Municipality of Calamba (now City of Calamba), Province of Laguna.
