PROCLAMATION NO. 1026

DECLARING THURSDAY, 02 OCTOBER 2025, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SOLANO, PROVINCE OF NUEVA VIZCAYA

WHEREAS, on 02 October 2025, Thursday, the Municipality of Solano, Province of Nueva Vizcaya will mark the celebration of Solano Day;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Solano be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Thursday, 02 October 2025, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Solano, Province of Nueva Vizcaya.
