'- , .:, Manila BY THE PRESIDENT OF .TH PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO.1 0 27 AMENDING PROCLAMATION NO. 144, AS AMENDED BY PROCLAMATION NOS. 391 AND 595, SERIES OF 2003 AND 2004, BY SEGREGATING PORTIONS OF THE LOT COVERED BY TRANSFER CERTIFICATE OF TITLE NO. 6735, SITUATED IN BALAGBAG 1, BALAGBAG 2, AND PILDERA 1 AND 2, ALL IN TKE CITY OF PASAY, AND ADDING THEM AS AREAS FOR RETENTION BY THE MANILA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT AUTHORITY WHEREAS, Proclamation No. 144, dated January 18, 2002, as amended by Proclamation No. 391, dated May 28, 2003, and Proclamation No. 595, dated April 2, 2004, was issued pursuant to Republic Act (RA) No. 7279, also known as the Urban Development and Housing Act of 1992, for socialized housing purposes in favor of qualified beneficiaries; WHEREAS, Proclamation No. 391--transfers the administration of the reserved area from the Manila InternationaJ Airpori; Authority (MIM) to the National Housing Authority (NHA); WHEREAS, Proclamation No. 595 covers a portion of the lot covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. 6735, inclusive of the Project Sites in Rivera Village, Pildera 1, Pildera 2, and the remaining portions of Balagbag, which were declared as areas available for disposition to qualified occupants; -WHEREAS., the MIAA has identified areas in Balagbag 1, Balagbag 2, and Pildera 1 and 2, ail situated \lvithfn the area covered by said Proclamations that are highly commercialized and may be subject for development, in accordance with its Master Development Plan. NOW, THEREFORE, X, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippine?, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law,. dq hereby amend Proclamation No. 144, dated January 18, .2002, as amended bv Proclamation Nos. 391 and 595( dated May 28, 2003 ancd April 2, 2004, respectively, by segregating portions of the lot covered by Transfer Certificate of Title (TCT) No. 6735, situated in Balagbag 1, Balagbag 2, and Pildera 1 and 2, comprising of a 40-meter strip with 20,000 square meters, a 10meter strip with 4,000 square meters, and a 40-meter strip with 12,175 square meter~, respectively, all in the City of Pasay, thereby adding them as areas for retention '",;.,"';.c by the Manila International Airport Authoritj (MIM), which portions are asfollows: ,. 1. For Balagbag 1, a forty (40) meter-deep continuous and unbroken strip of land alongside the West Service Road, South Luzon Express Way (SLEX) and Merville Road, to start from the edge of the existing road right-of-way. 2. For the remaining portion of Balagbag 2, a ten (10) meter-deep strip along the Merville Road, to start From the edge of the existing road right-oF-way. 3. For Pildera 1 and Pildera 2, a forty (40) meter-deep continuous and unbroken strip of land alongside the MIA Road from the scalloped fence.
