PROCLAMATION NO. 1027

DECLARING THURSDAY, 02 OCTOBER 2025, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF DINAGAT ISLANDS

WHEREAS, on 02 October 2025, Thursday, the Province of Dinagat Islands will mark the celebration of its Charter Anniversary;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Dinagat Islands be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, |, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Thursday, 02 October 2025, a special (non-working) day in the Province of Dinagat Islands.
