PROCLAMATION NO. 1029

DECLARING TUESDAY, 14 OCTOBER 2025, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF VICTORIA, PROVINCE OF LAGUNA

WHEREAS, on 14 October 2025, Tuesday, the Municipality of Victoria, Province of Laguna will mark the celebration of its 76" Founding Anniversary and the 24" |tik Festival;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Victoria be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, !, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Tuesday, 14 October 2025, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Victoria, Province of Laguna.
