MAlACANANG Manila BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 103 RESERVING FOR WATER PUMPING SITE PURPOSES OF THE NABUNTURAN WATER DISTRICT CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC IXX-1AIN SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF NABUNTURAN, PROVINCE OF DAVAO DEL NORTE, ISLAND OF MINDANAO Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and NaturalResources, and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for water pumping site purposes of the Nabunturan Water District under the administration of the Nabunturan Water District Office, subject to private rights, if any there be, certain parcels of land of the public situated in the Municipality of Nabunturan, Province of Davao del Norte, Island of Mindanao, and more particularly described as follows, to wit: Lot No. 5511-A, Csd-ll-OO9937-D A PARCEL OF LAND, Lot No. 5511-A, C:sd-ll-OO9937-D identical to LotNo. 13445, a portion of Lot 5511, Pls-2, Compostela Public Land Subdivision situated in the Municipality of Nabunturan, Province of Davao del Norte, Island of Mindanao. Bounded on the North along line 2-3 and East along the line 3-4 by Lot No. 5511-B, Csd-ll-OO9937-D (Municipal Government of Nabunturan) identical to Lot No. 14446, Pls-2, Compostela Public Land Subdivision; on the South along line 4-1 by a Road; and on the West along line 1-2 by road (Lot No. 5511D, Csd-ll-OO9937-D) identical to Lot 13448, Pls-2, Compostela Public Land Subdivision.
