DECLARING THURSDAY, 8 DECEMBER 2016, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF ANTIPOLO

WHEREAS, the City of Antipolo marks the celebration of its 425" Foundation Day on Thursday, 8 December 2016;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Antipolo be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with

appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, |, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Thursday, 8 December 2016, as a special (non-working) day in the City

of Antipolo.
