BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 103

DECLARING FRIDAY, 23 DECEMBER 2022, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF STO. NINO, PROVINCE OF SOUTH COTABATO

WHEREAS, on 23 December 2022, Friday, the Municipality of Sto. Nino, Province of South Cotabato will mark the celebration of its 42" Founding Anniversary and the 23" Hinublag Festival;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Sto. Nifio be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to the public health measures of the national government;

NOW, THEREFORE, |, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Friday, 23 December 2022, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Sto. Nifio, Province of South Cotabato.
