PROCLAMATION NO. 1030

DECLARING THURSDAY, 16 OCTOBER 2025, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CULABA, PROVINCE OF BILIRAN

WHEREAS, on 16 October 2025, Thursday, the Municipality of Culaba, Province of Biliran will mark the celebration of its 72" Founding Anniversary;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Culaba be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, !, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Thursday, 16 October 2025, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Culaba, Province of Biliran.
