PROCLAMATION NO. 1031

DECLARING FRIDAY, 17 OCTOBER 2025, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF NEGROS ORIENTAL

WHEREAS, on 17 October 2025, Friday, the Province of Negros Oriental will mark the celebration of the Buglasan Festival;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Negros Oriental be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, |, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Friday, 17 October 2025, a special (non-working) day in the Province of Negros Oriental.
