':.- BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 1032 DECLARING THE PERIOD FROM DECEMBER 11 TO 14, 2006, A$ SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAYS IN THE CITIES OF CEBU, MANDAUE AND LAPU-LAPU WHEREAS,- the Cities of Cebu, Mandaue and Lapu-Lapu will host the ASEAN Summit on December 11 to 14, 2006;. WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people Qf these cities be given full opportunity to participate in this important event. NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do. hereby declare the period from December 11 to 14, 2006, as special (non-working) days in the Cities of Cebu, Mandaue and Lapu-Lapu.
