MALACANAN PALACE MANILA

BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO.1032

CREATING AND DESIGNATING A BUILDING, WHICH STANDS ON TWO PARCELS OF LAND, LOCATED ALONG LACSON_ STREET, MANDALAGAN, BACOLOD CITY, AS AN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CENTER, PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916 AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748 ;

Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act (RA) No. 7916, or the “Special Economic Zone Act of 1995,” as amended by RA No. 8748, and upon the recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), |, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, President of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate a building, subject to the provisions of RA No. 7916, as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, Resolution No. 00-411 (s. 2000), as amended by Resolution No. 11-066 (s. 2011), and Resolution No. 14-429 (s. 2014), of the PEZA Board of Directors, as an Information Technology Center, to be known as the AIU Centre, with a gross floor area of Twenty Six Thousand Four Hundred Thirty-One (26,431) square meters, which stands on two parcels of land, with an aggregate area of Two Thousand Six Hundred Eighty (2,680) square meters, more or less, located along Lacson Street, Mandalagan, Bacolod City, as defined by the following technical descriptions:

LOT 1, (LRA) PCS-34083

A patcel of land (Lot 1 of the consolidation-subdivision plan [LRA] Pcs- 34083 approved as a non-subdivision project, being a portion of the consolidation of Lots 1422-A-1 and 1422-A-2, Psd-35558, LRA Cadastre Record No. 55), situated in the Barrio of Mandalagan, City of _ Bacolod, Island of Negros.

Bounded on the NE., points 2 to 3 by Lot'1457; on the SE., points 3 to 5 by Lot 1425; both Bacolod Cadastre-39; on the SW., points 5 to 1 by Lot 2; and on the NW., points 1. to 2 by Lot 3 (Road Widening), both of the subdivision plan.

Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan, being N. 23 deg. 14E., 414.08 m. from BLLM No. 7, Bacolod Cadastre-39; thence:

All points referred to are indicated on the plan and are marked on the ground as follows: point 3 by Old Points and the rest by P.S. cyl. conc. mons. 15x40 cm.; bearings true; date of original survey, March 1913 - June 1914 and that of the consolidation-subdivision survey, executed by Geodetic Engineer Vicente T. Guerrero on 21 May 2004.

A parcel of land (Lot 2 of the consolidation-subdivision plan [LRC] Pcs- 34083 approved as a non-subdivision project, being a portion of the consolidation of Lots 1422-A-1 and 1422-A-2, Psd-35558, LRA Cadastre Record No. 55), situated in the Barrio of Mandalagan, City of Bacolod, Island of Negros.

Bounded on the NE., points 1 to 2 by Lot 1 of the consolidation- subdivision plan; on the SE., points 2 to 3 by Lot 1425, Bacolod Cadastre-39; on the SW., points 3 to 4 by Lot 1422-A-3, Psd-35558; and on the NW., points 4 to 1 by Lot 3 (Road Widening) of the consolidation-subdivision plan.
