• .MALACANANGM" 0 1 ' anI a , BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 1033 AMENDING PROCLAMATION NO. 237, SERIES OF 1955 BY EXCLUDING CERTAIN PORTION OF THE LAND EMBRACED THEREIN SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITIES OF GEN. TINIO, STA. ROSA, LAUR AND GABALDON AND THE CITY OF PALAYAN, PROVINCE OF NUEVA ECIJA AND THE MUNICIPALITY OF DINGALAN, PROVINCE OF AURORA, ISLAND OF LUZON RESERVING THE SAME FOR OFF- BASE HOUSING SITE AND DECLARING SAME OPEN FOR DISPOSITION TO QUALIFIED BENEFICIARIES Upon the recommendation of the Secetary of Environlnent and Natural Resources, and by virtue of the power vested in me by the law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Philippines, do hereby amend Proclamation No. 237, Series of 1955, by excluding from the operation thereof, certain portion of the land embraced therein located in the Municipalities of Gen.Tinio, Sta. Rosa, Laur and Gabaldon and the City of Palayan, Province of Nueva Ecija and the Municipality of Dingalan, Province of Aurora, Island of Luzon, and declaring the same as site for the OFF-BASE HOUSING of the Philippine Army,Armed Forces of the Philippines, to be disposed and administered by the National Housing Authorty to qualified beneficiaries, which parcel of land is more particularly described as follows; "A PARCEL OF LAND (portion of PP 237, identical to portion of Lot i-A Bsd-l0908 (Capitol Site) as shown on plan as surveyed for the Philippine Army (Off-Base Housing) situated in Sitio Pinaltacan, Brgy. Caballero, Municipality of Palayn, Province of Nueva Ecija, Island of Luzon. Bounded on the North by corner 2-3, Parcell, FMMR; on the Northeast by corner 3-4 Parcell, FMMR; on the. South by corner 5-6, Parcell, FMMR; on the Southwest by corner 6-1 of Palayan City and on the Northwest by corner 1-2 of Palayan City. Beginning at point marked "111 on plan, being S 56 deg 021 WI meters form BLLM No.1, Laur Cadastre, thence; 10,34: bl N 28 DUE EAST N 09S 63 N 88 N 30 deg. 45' 500.00 m. 2,079.54 m. 645.14 m. 682.96 m. 1,555.01 m. 529.40 m. The exact metes and bounds of the segregated portion shall be subject to survey by the Department of Environment and Natural Resources.
