BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO.1033

CREATING AND DESIGNATING A .PARCEL OF LAND, LOCATED AT BARANGAY VILLAREAL, BAYAWAN CITY, NEGROS ORIENTAL, AS AN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY PARK, PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916, AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748

Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act (RA) No. 7916, otherwise known as the “Special Economic Zone Act of 1995,” as amended by RA No. 8748, and upon the recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), |, BENIGNO S. AQUINO Ill, President of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate a parcel of land, subject to the provisions of RA No. 7916, as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, Resolution No. 00-411 (s. 2000), as amended by Resolution No. 04-295 (s. 2004), and Resolution No. 13-147 (s. 2013) of the PEZA Board of Directors, as an Information Technology Park, to be ‘known as the Bayawan City Information Technology Park, located at Barangay Villareal, Bayawan City, Negros Oriental, with an area of Thirty Thousand (30,000) square meters, more or less, as defined by the following technical description:

_ Lot 1-B-1 Psd-07-061237

A parcel of land (Lot 1-B-1 of the subdivision plan Psd-07-061237, being a portion of Lot 1-B, Psd-50076), situated the Barangay of Maninijon (now situated in Barangay Villareal), City of Bayawan, Province of Negros Oriental, Island of Negros.

Bounded on the NE., along 1-2 by Lot 1-C, Psd-50076; on the SE., along line 2-3 by Lot 1-B-2; on the SW., along line 3-4 by Lot 1-B-4, with Access Road (10.00 m. wide) both of the subdivision plan; on the NW., along line 4-1 by Lot 1-1, (Existing Bayawan Kabankalan National Road) Psd-50076.

Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan being N. 80 deg. 02’ E., 1127.06 m. from BLLM. No. 1, Tolong, Negros Oriental; thence:

S. 70 deg. 43° £E., 151.20 m. to point 2; S. 26 deg. 33° W., 200.01 m._ to point 3; N. 70 deg. 43° W., 151.21 m._ to point 4; N. 26 deg. 33° £., 200.00 m._ to the point of

beginning; containing an area of Thirty Thousand (30,000) square meters, more or less. All points referred to are indicated on the plan and are marked on the ground as follows; Points 2-3-4 by PS cyl. conc. mons. 15x40 cms. and the rest by Old PS cyl. conc. mons 15x60 cms., bearings true; date of the original survey, 30 May — 01 June 1917 and that of the subdivision survey executed by Geodetic Engineer Gregorio R. Balansag on 07 October 2004 and approved on 13 April 2005.
